After a successful fundraising campaign, we were able to make several important upgrades to our community center space in Jinotega, and still have a few in the works.
The center plays such a vital role in supporting our girls. As you can see from the photos below, the work has begun in earnest as our contractor works to shore up our workshop platform. As the bids come in for roof repair, our director in Jinotega will make the selection and commence on the second phase of work.
We've also made sure there are extra buckets of paint so that the students can participate in the upgrades and contribute to personalizing the center!
